1. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contracting Parties, Customer Service

The Purchase Agreement is concluded with UNI&FORMA d.o.o. You can find further information about us in our Imprint section. 3. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. You are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart when you click the "Order" button. You will receive the confirmation and acceptance of your order immediately after it is sent via an automated e-mail. With this confirmation by e-mail, the purchase contract becomes legally effective.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs should be added to the listed product prices. You can find further information on shipping costs here.

5. Payment

Payments can be made in advance, by credit card or by PayPal. Find out more about payment here.

6. Collection by the Customer

We only dispatch goods. Collection by the customer is unfortunately not possible.

7. Retention of Title

Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

8. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with apparent transport damage, please claim those damages immediately from the deliverer or contact us without delay. A failure to complain to the deliverer or to contact us does not have any effect on your statutory claims and their enforcement, especially on your warranty rights. On the contrary, you help us assert our own claims towards the carrier or the transport assurance.

9. Contract Text Storage

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions via e-mail. You can also read the General Terms and Conditions at any time here on our web site. Your previous orders can no longer be accessed online for safety reasons.

10. Language of the Contract

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
